Before getting into real estate, I had three stores in California, plus 10 sales reps that covered California, Hawaii and Massachusetts…So, when working with my Commercial clients, I look at each situation from a business prospective, as much as, from the real estate side of the picture.

At Indiana University, my Business professor shared with our class the following plan for “maximum results.”
PLAN: Start with a broad plan…ORGANIZE: Address each and every piece of the puzzle…Motivate: Put your plan into action and be pro-active. Market for Maximum Exposure…CONTROL: Pay attention to details and stay within your budget.
BUYING: I listen to what my clients want to accomplish and provide my recommendations… Are they looking for cash flow, buying for the long term, do they want to ultimately develop land, etc. I could go on discussing options.
SELLING: Establish a value and concentrate on aggressive Marketing.
